    BridePros connects Professionals and Couples planning their wedding. This site creates the bridge between Professionals and Couples, and makes it easy for Couples to locate wedding Professionals in the location of where their wedding is taking place. BridePros also incorporates the link to One Stop Wedding Planner, the most extensive organizational tool for Couples to keep track of every wedding detail.

2. How does BridePros work?^ Top

    There are two sign-up forms, one for Couples and the other for Professionals. Both forms require you to fill out specific information. For Couples, you are required to fill out information regarding your wedding location, date, which Professionals you have already booked, or still need to book, etc. This information will determine which Professionals you're matched with. For Professionals, you are required to fill out details of your business regarding its location, services you offer, price tier, etc. This information will determine which Couples you're matched with and help Couples determine whether your company will meet their specific needs.

3. What are the features of BridePros & One Stop Wedding Planner?^ Top

    (Couples) There are many unique features of BridePros. After signing up, you will notice a set of tabs at the top of the page. The tabs include My Homepage, My Matches, Search, My Mail, My Notebook, and My Planning Tools. These are the tabs that will help you navigate through the system. My Homepage is where you can view the status of your account. My Matches is the list of Professionals that match your criteria, i.e. location of your wedding, budget, etc. Note, the Professionals listed in your My Matches list will change if you make changes to your profile in Edit Profile. The Search tool gives you the ability to search Professionals in greater detail, i.e. price range, location, specific services, etc. In Search, you also have the ability to send a message to a specific search group. My Mail gives you the ability to contact Professionals. My Notebook is the page that allows you to save the contacts you’re considering, do not want to hire, or have hired. My Planning Tools are the One Stop Wedding Planner tools that help you keep track of every wedding detail. There are 15 organization tools including a budget planner, TO-DO list, guest list, floor plan, music, flowers, transportation, and so much more!

(Professionals)There are many unique features of BridePros. After signing up, you will notice a set of tabs at the top of the page. The tabs include My Homepage, My Matches, Search, My Mail, My Notebook, and Membership Options. These are the tabs that will help you navigate through the system. My Homepage is where you can view the status of your account. My Matches is the list of your matches, which has been determined by whether a wedding Couple is seeking your services and aligning your business’s location. Note, the Couples listed in your My Matches list will change if you make changes to your profile in Edit Profile. The Search tool gives you the ability to search Couples in greater detail, i.e. price range, location, etc. In Search, you also have the ability to send a message to a specific search group. My Mail gives you the ability to contact Couples and sell your services. In My Mail, there is a tool called "Auto Email." Auto Email enables you to save your emails. The emails automatically go out to NEW wedding couples each day without you having to login or do a thing! My Notebook allows you to organize Couples listed in your My Matches list. Membership Options displays your options to upgrade and provides details for all membership types.

4. What are the security features of BridePros/One Stop Wedding Planner?^ Top

    BridePros ensures privacy and security. The information in your profile is 100% secure. If you don't wish to receive messages from Professionals, you can deactivate your account at any time. Deactivating your account doesn't mean you can't continue to use our services. By deactivating your account, you are HIDING your profile. With a deactivated account, you can continue to search for Professionals and use the One Stop Wedding Planner tools. Another security feature BridePros offers is the ability to close a match. If you don’t wish to communicate with a Professional, you can close or block that specific Professional. When you block a member, BridePros will automatically send a friendly message to the Professional letting them know you wish not to communicate any longer. This feature is also available for Professionals. Additionally, if someone is communicating in an inappropriate matter, you have the ability to block and report them to BridePros.

(Professionals)Because it’s the only wedding website that lets YOU get down to business. In this day, there are millions of places online you can advertise your company, but how do you know which site is the best? How do you know which site your company is getting the most exposure? Well, you have nothing to loose with BridePros because it’s FREE to pre-register. Then, if you’re happy with the number of leads you have and the services we offer, you can upgrade your account to either the Standard Plus or KeyClub membership. A Standard Plus membership allows you to display your company information. KeyClub status enables you to have FULL access to the site, i.e. display your company information, as well as communicate with Couples. You have complete control. How great is that!!!

    While we appreciate your eagerness to contact us and learn more about our services, BridePros is an internet-based company and is set up to provide people with the best quality customer care via email and the website. The \"Contact Us\" link is located at the bottom of the Home Page. We\'ll respond to your inquiry within 72 hours.

    We offer two memberships, Standard Plus and KeyClub. To learn about each membership, please visit the "View Membership Options" link which is located in the right navigation panel in the "See How It All Works" box.

8. How do wedding couples find BridePros, and why is it so popular?^ Top

    The majority of BridePros traffic comes from One Stop Wedding Planner, Inc (http://www.onestopweddingplanner.com). One Stop Wedding Planner (OSWP) launched two years ago. It is an organizational tool that wedding couples use to plan the details of their wedding. The popularity of OSWP has grown significantly. OSWP has proudly accommodated over 15,000 users in just a two year period. The idea to launch a site like BridePros was developed because we wanted to create a way in which wedding couples could easily and quickly get in contact with wedding professionals in the area of which they are getting married. Thus, BridePros was born! OSWP is now directly linked with BridePros and every wedding couple who finds and signs up through OSWP automatically becomes a BridePros member and has full access the wedding planning tools we offer on both sites.

9. I am having difficulties logging in. What do I do?^ Top

    If you enter your email address and password and still can't login, please try to locate the member confirmation email we sent you when you signed up. That email contains your login information. If you can't locate this email and are still having difficulties logging in, go to the BridePros Home Page and click the Login Assistance link, which is located in the right navigation panel. Enter the email address associated with your account, and hit Submit. The system will automatically send you a new password. Use this new password to login, and then you can change your password in Edit Profile. Please remember to hit the Submit button at the bottom of the page after you change your password. Please save for your records.
